Out of all the songs I’ve done in my career I can definitely say I’m most proud of this one. It really symbolizes what dedication and seeing an idea through to the very end can accomplish. It was a real struggle to get this one out, and a lot of people didnt want this song to see the light of day. But thanks to people like Steven Guevara(director), Dj Deuce (flow 93.5), Jenni aka JJ the “Don mamma of the Bahamas”, the M.V.D crew, Evan King (A.D), Daniel Daley, Ashley Reid (producer), Jay Thomas (Rocawear), the ministry of Tourism in Bahamas and Kleen Media we made it happen.

We not only shot a music video in a way no Canadian has done before. I feel like we did something special that i can look back 10-20-30 years from now and be proud of.

The music business is STRESSFUL, there’s a lot of work and at times very little return on investment. But no matter how hard it gets for me I know i could never quit persuing my dreams because with or without a paycheck creating music is a gift from GOD and even though a lot of people feel they have that gift (A LAAAAWWWT OF PEOPLE!!!) only few can use it to its full potential.

I guess what I’m trying to say is… This is me using my gift. So if you were ever at some point involved in my career or my life for that matter (good or bad). I would love to see you at Rockwood August 17th so we can celebrate what hard work and dedication can do.
